St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Cancer Registry is the core of the hospital Cancer Program. The program has been certified and approved by the American College of Surgeons since 1978.
Cancer Registry
The registry collects demographics, diagnostic, treatment and survival information on every patient diagnosed and/or treated with cancer at St. Joseph Regional Cancer Center. This information can provide valuable data for clinical studies and educational functions. It also provides a resource for evaluation of treatment approaches and out comes.
Community Outreach
St. Joseph Regional Cancer Center strives to promote a team effort between communities in enhancing the care of oncology patients and their quality of life. We also strive to increase public awareness regarding cancer prevention and early detection.
Clinical Trials
Cancer Treatment Clinical Trials are research studies used to find the best way to treat people with cancer. Each clinical trial has a set of rules or eligibility criteria that patients must meet in order to be enrolled
