This course presents the cognitive portion (Part 1) online and offers a blended learning solution for people and organizations that face obstacles implementing classroom-based training. After Part 1 a Certificate of Completion is provided and needs to be presented at Part 2 (skills practice session and skills test) conducted at our Training Site.

Registration & Payment:
Due four weeks prior to class. Upon receipt of payment and registration forms, your CCN provider manual will be mailed to you.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
*To receive a refund, notice of cancellation must be received two weeks prior to the class. No refunds after this time or for no-shows. Substitutions are permitted.
*Refunds: Less $50 for CCN book and administration fees.
