Objective:
Recognize and initiate early management of pre-arrest conditions, acute coronary syndromes, and stroke. Manage cardiac arrest by demonstrating effective communication as a member or leader of a team.

Registration & Payment:
Due four weeks prior to class. Upon receipt of
payment and registration forms, your provider
manual and training CD will be mailed to you.
Renewals Only:
A copy of your current ACLS or PALS card must
be submitted with payment and registration form.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
*To receive a refund, notice of cancellation
must be received two weeks prior to the class.
No refunds after this time or for no-shows.
Substitutions are permitted.
*Refunds: Less $50 for book and administration fees.
