Presented to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center on August 21st, 2008
In appreciation for your generous donation of 350 Backpacks to the Idaho Foodbank in support of "Backpacks for Kids' weekend food program, please accept my sincere thanks and gratitude. Each year St. Joseph Regional Medical Center steps up and supports this essential program which helps fight hunger in children. According to recent USDA Numbers, the State of Idaho is the 6th worse state for childhood hunger with 1 in 5 children experiencing hunger issues. Through your concern and compassion you are helping to make a positive impact on these children in over 14 Elementary Schools in North Central Idaho and Asotin County, WA with more to add during the 2008-2009 School Year. These students and their families are very grateful for this support. It is individuals, organizations and corporations such as yours that help make a difference. Again, thank you in joining the Idaho Foodbank in the Fight Against Hunger.
