Moms On The Go Lamaze®

This one day class is designed for those who have previously attended a childbirth class or have done most of their own education on-line. Lamaze® techniques, relaxation and comfort measures and the role of the support person are reviewed. A film is also included. Please bring two pillows with you. Pre-Registration is required.

Fee: $20 (Pre-Registration is required)
Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Location: ldaho Street Building

Fees are accepted the first night of class.
Scholarships are available by asking your class instructor.
